Dry cleaning is a safe process to restore your clothes to their best condition. It can be used for:
Wool suits, woollen jumpers
Wedding dresses, evening dresses, silks and delicates
Leather and suede
Doonas, blankets and underlays.
The process of dry cleaning is very similar to washing but a solvent is used instead of water. This solvent allows for superior cleaning, especially in the removal of oily and greasy stains.
Before we put garments in the machine, our expert dry cleaners spot and remove any stains, and sort the garments into loads; only then are the garments placed in the machine.
When a load is finished and the garments are dry, our experienced team of pressers ‘finish’ each garment. We then do a final inspection to complete your order.
At our local Essendon & Brunswick home bases, we have two dry cleaning machines that allow us to provide a quick service for most types of garments. We have our van on the road, moving between our Brunswick and Essendon stores to ensure that our customers across all the local suburbs we service – Essendon, Moonee Ponds, Ascot Vale, Brunswick, Brunswick West, Brunswick East, Coburg, and more – can enjoy a quick turnaround from placement of order to collection.
When your garments have been made ready, you will receive an SMS from us letting you know you can collect your order.
As well, we have two options for easy 24/7 access to our services. In Essendon, you can request a VIP card that allows you to drop off clothes through a secure chute, any time of the day or night. In Brunswick, you can be allocated a code and unique password to give you access to both drop-off AND collect. So no matter where you live in the district, from Essendon to Brunswick and surrounding suburbs, you have a superior dry cleaning service to hand.
Note: All garments by law should have manufacturer care instructions. We will follow those instructions for the best clean possible. Please note that garments without a care label will be cleaned at owner’s risk.
